WHO IS FIZgIG? . . . a design-build team challenging the ordinary.

In construction, projects are often behind schedule and over budget. At Fizgig Builders, we have solved these problems over a lifetime, and we are revolutionizing the industry on behalf of our clients by approaching it differently. By collaborating with our clients early in the design process, we are able to align the most important trifecta between the client, architectural design and our build-team. This model allows us to work through the Levels of Detail (LOD 100-500) with the architectural team to expedite and evolve the design process, while providing value engineering (VE) along the way that targets our client’s budgets. This empowers our clients to make informed financial decisions long before the team breaks ground.

To top it off, we have developed a proprietary software and process built on the core values and culture within Fizgig, which affords transparency and challenges the current paradigms. Our team understands that this collaborative approach, and client partnership early on, sets everyone up for success and allows us to focus on building dreams.

COMMUNICATIONS. . . done differently.

Impeccable communication, during the design and construction process, affords our clients the greatest peace of mind. In fact, Fizgig’s innovative process even provides our clients with weekly audits and reporting, yet again setting our company apart, while providing peace of mind throughout the build.

VISUAL. . . is everything right?

So we equipped our team with iPad Pros and Apple pencils, allowing annotation of screenshots, materials specs, photos, plans, and BIMx models. In real time, we can produce drawings to visually communicate amongst our team, project professionals and—our clients, which streamlines every aspect of our unique process.

Why were we on Apple’s waiting list and an early adopter of the digital pencils?

Fizgig is backed by a product and software development team that is constantly implementing new technologies, evolving existing processes and expanding the software capabilities behind the curtain, so perhaps we’re more than a design-build team.

To challenging the ordinary.
