This Harvard Yale Tudor built in 1926 offered Team Fizgig an opportunity to blend the old world character, consistent during the architectural period, with modern day upgrades. Take the juxtaposition between the backsplash and hood. . . We chose Pratt & Larson’s handcrafted ceramics that pop with a crackled glaze for that period look with a sleek stainless glass hood. Tech Lighting offered a different kind of pop with blue Murano glass surrounds at the pendant lights, while framing an open archway between the Kitchen and Dining served as a bar area with extended views throughout.
